Why Scrum
Advantages of using scrum:
- It is also a way for businesses to remain transparent with their customers.
- This system creates more powerful knowledge work that can be presented to customers.
- Provide Continuous Feedback: This method requires daily progress reports, so feedback is always provided on a team and individual level.
- It has a record of being successful
Disadvantages of using scrum:
- Since Scrum is an adaptive approach it automatically means the requirements and needs of a project are not fully known or uncertain.
- There is no plan of how the whole project might work out and that can result to high technical risks
- Scrum has no clear end date and can lead to scope creep.
- When team members are not involved, the possibility of project failure is very high
