 Why Scrum

Advantages of using scrum:

• It is also a way for businesses to remain transparent with their customers.
• This system creates more powerful knowledge work that can be presented to customers.
• Provide Continuous Feedback: This method requires daily progress reports, so feedback is always provided on a team and individual level.

Disadvantages of using scrum:

• Since Scrum is an adaptive approach it automatically means the requirements and needs of a project are not fully known or uncertain.
• There is no plan of how the whole project might work out and that can result to high technical risks
• Scrum has no clear end date and can lead to scope creep.
• When  team members are not involved, the possibility of project failure is very high
