CONCLUSION

In this blog on Agile processes, we covered various areas related to it. From Scrum frameworks to agile process principles, agile pros and cons, and different agile methods that are available to adopt when starting a project. Agile when run properly is very successful and the statistics don't lie, I hope I have convinced the DUT management to the fullest of my abilty.
